INNOVATIVE SALES AND LEASING

Innovative Sales and Leasing (ISL), was started in Mountain View, California in 1984. Our goal was, to give car buyers an alternate to conventional car buying. There was (and still is) an obvious need for a way to buy or lease a car, without having the endure the stressful negotiation process often associated with purchasing or leasing a vehicle at a dealership! ISL is an independent business, without a product affiliation. Our loyalty is to our customers, not a brand. ISL functions as an advocate for the buyer, aka YOU.

ISL continued to grow steadily as people began to realize the advantage of working with an auto broker. Rick Beels joined the company in 1987 after moving to the Bay Area from his home town, Petoskey Michigan. His experience in outside sales and customer service added another layer of credibility to ISL, and the referrals started to pour in. In 1991, Rick Beels bought the business. In 1993, Rick brought on Mike Feller to join forces, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the automobile business. Mike is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and was part of a family car dealership in West Bend. That direct experience and intimate knowledge of dealership operations has allowed him to build rapport with dealers and other suppliers. Having lived in the Bay Area since 1981, along with managing the sales forces at local dealerships, Mike knows how to get to the bottom line quickly for you.

Both Rick and Mike have extensive experience with auto auctions and other wholesalers. For you as the buyer, this means that they are not only able to get the very best prices on new cars and trucks, but you can virtually custom order your used vehicles. Think of what we have as your used car factory! With access to dealers, wholesalers, wholesale auctions, and lease returns all over the country, Rick and Mike will be able to find you what car or truck you want.

Rick and Mike are also very well versed on commercial trucks and vans. If you have a commercial vehicle need, you can feel confident that the specifications will be done properly, and only the best suppliers are used by both of us.

Rick and Mike have over 75+ years of automotive experience, and Innovative Sales and Leasing has been continuously making life easy for their clients for over 36 years! This does not happen by accident. And you will not see our business tied into expensive ads online or in newspapers. What makes us a very unique company in this internet age, is besides this website, we don’t have any online presence or social media to market for us. Many companies probably would not brag how they are not on social media, but we sure will be honest and transparent! Plus hey, this tells you our word of mouth referrals are what keeps us running, and keep our clients happy. We are still in operation in 2020 with 97% of our business coming from loyal repeating clients and word of mouth referrals. Which means, our clients do all our marketing for us!
